McCaffrey Selling $12.5M NC Home Before Super Bowl
Carolina Panther's Star Player Makes Bold Move in Real Estate
Christian McCaffrey is selling his house in North Carolina for $12.5 million, four years after being traded to San Francisco by the Panthers.
The 11,831 square-foot property, located on Lake Norman, features six bedrooms, a guesthouse, and a basement gym, along with a boat, Wildcat ATV, jet ski, and golf cart.
The 49ers have listed McCaffrey's home, the Grand Lac Chateau, as the highest-priced property ever sold in the Charlotte region's Canopy MLS system.
The home, inspired by the French countryside, features 7.2 bathrooms, a tree-lined driveway, 12-ft ceilings, and a great room with a double-sided fireplace and views of an outdoor pool and Lake Norman.
The home features a study, dining room, health room, chef's kitchen, and more on its main level. The upper level includes three bedrooms, a loft, and more.
The lower level is an entertainer's paradise with a sound-proofed home theater, wine cellar, and spa. The home has an elevator, eight fireplaces, and white oak hardwood flooring.
In October 2022, Culpo celebrated her partner Christian McCaffrey's trade from Carolina to San Francisco, sharing a heartfelt Instagram clip.
She expressed her pride in their time in North Carolina and the memories they shared.
Culpo also celebrated the 49ers' 34-31 win over the Detroit Lions in the NFC Championship, expressing her joy in watching her partner live out his dream.
